Job summary

Tiugo is seeking an engineer to sit within Growth Marketing and design and ship AI-native infrastructure that powers acquisition, content, and experimentation across its brands.

As the first dedicated growth engineer, you will define architecture, choose tools, and build instrumentation and automation that accelerate the funnel from research to execution while maintaining quality and visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience building marketing or growth engineering systems (automation, instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure).
• Fluent understanding of AI agent tooling and automation workflows.
• Able to own undefined scope and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Systems thinker focusing on data flow and process efficiency.
