Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Manager – Artificial Intelligence in Katowice, with a hybrid work model (2 days in office / 3 days remote). You will drive AI-driven business growth, lead GTM initiatives, and engage with client executives to position our AI capabilities effectively.

The role requires 10+ years in Data Science and ML, strong business development skills, and expertise in Python, R, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning with a focus on business development and market strategy.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.
• Proven track record in go-to-market strategies for AI products or services.
• Proficiency in Python and R.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new AI/ML opportunities.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI solutions with marketing and sales teams.
• Engage with partners and client executives to understand needs and position AI offerings.
• Respond to RFPs and prepare compelling AI proposals.
• Advise clients as a trusted technical expert on AI solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align business objectives with AI development.
