Job summary

Quanta Energy seeks an experienced Grid Connection Manager to own the end-to-end grid connection process for photovoltaic projects in Poland, from technical design through energization and final connection.

You will coordinate with DSOs, supervise protection and control systems, and manage documentation for connection approvals, testing and commissioning, ensuring timely project milestones across Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience managing grid connection projects for generation assets.
• Strong written and oral communication in English and Polish.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (DSOs, designers, contractors, investors).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of grid connection for utility-scale PV projects, from design to energization.
• Coordinate technical dialogue with Distribution System Operators (DSOs).
• Supervise grid connection solutions including protection, automation and control systems.
• Prepare and approve technical documentation for grid connection, testing, and acceptance.
• Coordinate engineers, construction teams and investors to hit milestones.
