Job summary

Sunbird is seeking a Project Manager for Poland to deliver commercial and industrial rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects across the country. You will lead projects from handover through design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, grid connection, and close-out, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering solar PV or similar construction projects in Poland.
• Strong knowledge of Polish permitting processes and grid connection procedures.
• Fluent Polish and conversational English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Poland.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Sunbird’s CI rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects in Poland.
• Develop execution plans with scope, milestones, risks, and success measures.
• Manage full project lifecycle from design through commissioning and close-out.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget alignment with Sunbird quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, clients, and utilities.
• Provide weekly/monthly progress reporting and KPI tracking.
