Job summary

Solplanet is seeking a Technical Manager - Utility Scale in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves providing technical leadership for utility-scale solar projects across EMEA, acting as a key technical interface with utility customers, and supporting internal teams with engineering expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and have over 5 years of experience in renewable energy, particularly in solar inverter applications and grid integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, preferably utility-scale PV.
• Strong understanding of utility-scale PV plant architecture and inverter technology.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for utility-scale PV projects across EMEA.
• Support customers with grid code and inverter application expertise.
• Act as the main technical interface between EMEA utility customers and HQ.
