Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Consultant with German to support German and European energy-sector clients on transmission grids, cable infrastructure, and HVDC developments. You will work on project controls, cost and schedule management, and regulatory considerations across large-scale infrastructure programs.

Based in Wroclaw, the role involves travel to Germany and other European locations, collaborating with international teams, TSOs, and engineering partners to deliver value and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in transmission grid or energy infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience with project controls and cost management.
• Knowledge of German standards (VDE/DIN) and German language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle of transmission grid and energy projects from planning to commissioning.
• Provide consulting and project management support for network expansion and HVDC projects.
• Conduct project controls including cost management, scheduling, quality assurance, and reporting.
• Coordinate among clients, contractors, TSOs, regulators, and project teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients.
