Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Kraków seeks an experienced Program Management Office Partner to drive project execution, governance, and performance across a global HR Shared Services organization.

You will ensure operational excellence, global consistency, and strategic alignment within HR Operations and with partner functions. In this senior role you will lead governance forums, portfolio management, PM standards, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating with the HR PMO in COE Capabilities &

Qualifications

• PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
• Experience managing multi-country HR operations or shared services projects.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Translate global HR Operations direction into actionable plans and track delivery across regions.
• Lead HR Operations governance forums and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop and manage the HR Operations project portfolio with intake, prioritization, and budget monitoring.
• Deploy and maintain global HR best practices for project management.
• Co-create HR portfolio management practices and promote their adoption across the organization.
• Proactively identify risks and mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular leadership updates with data visualization.
