Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute and govern HR Operations project delivery across regions and global teams.
• Lead HR Operations governance forums and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop and manage the HR Operations project portfolio with intake, prioritization and budgeting.
• Deploy global PM best practices and ensure adoption across the HR function.
• Identify risks, issues and bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.
• Monitor KPIs and provide leadership with regular status updates.
