Job summary

Karo Healthcare AB seeks a Head of Transformation & PMO to own the Value Creation Plan (VCP) across markets. You will drive end-to-end execution, governance, and reporting, coordinating with senior leadership and external advisers.

You will build internal capabilities, lead a team of senior project managers, and ensure alignment with EBITDA, cash flow, and budget constraints while managing multi-country programmes in a dynamic, PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in consulting or transformation with industry exposure.
• Track record delivering large, cross-functional, multi-country programmes with measurable P&L impact.
• Experience building or leading a PMO or transformation office, including people leadership.
• Strong financial literacy: EBITDA, cash flow and budget linkage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and tracking of VCP initiatives from planning to financial impact.
• Lead governance: priorities, milestones, stage gates, KPIs and value tracking.
• Prepare transparent VCP progress reporting for the CMT, Board and owners.
• Build and lead a Senior Project Manager team delivering key initiatives.
