FRoSTA AG is seeking a Project Manager to drive transformation through process optimization, digitalization, and automation across administrative functions. You will lead diverse projects, analyze operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure successful delivery within budgets.

The role requires a business degree, proven PM experience in corporate services, strong data analysis, and English fluency. Occasional travel and a hybrid work model are offered to support deployments.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in project management within administrative or corporate services; familiarity with agile or hybrid methods is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and Excel proficiency.
• Ability to visualize complex ideas and processes with a structured, independent working style.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel regularly to support deployments across locations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and implement projects focused on improving administrative processes and aligning with company goals.
• Analyze operations, monitor KPIs, and develop strategies to boost efficiency and meet targets.
• Oversee initiation, planning, execution, delivery, budgets, and resource management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise between internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Document and share best practices across sites and support project teams hands-on.
