Accenture is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation leader to drive large-scale programs for global organizations, partnering with CFOs and Finance leaders to redefine operating models and optimize processes across OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, and Treasury.

You will oversee end-to-end engagements from assessment to value realization, build executive relationships, and mentor teams while shaping governance and service delivery frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and Operating Model programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills including C-suite relationships.
• Expertise across OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, Treasury, and Finance strategy.
• Understanding of ERP vs finance platforms, data solutions, automation, or AI.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital finance transformations.
• Experience in business development, proposals, and account growth.
• Knowledge of Global Business Services and outsourcing models.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Finance Transformation programs for global organizations, partnering with CFOs and Finance leaders to define strategies and deliver measurable business value.
• Oversee end-to-end transformation engagements from assessment through implementation, change management, and value realization.
• Build strong executive relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, GBS Leaders, and Transformation Executives.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams across multiple projects, fostering innovation and high performance.
• Develop transformation methodologies, market offerings, thought leadership, and reusable assets.
