Job summary

PwC seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive the CEE Managed Services transformation. You will coordinate day-to-day management, align with Line of Service teams, and oversee milestones, risks and adoption across multiple workstreams in an international, matrixed PwC environment.

You will interact with senior leadership, deliver executive updates, and apply AI-enabled delivery tools to optimize delivery. A hybrid work model and extensive PwC development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes or cross-functional strategic projects.
• Experience with project management tools, dashboards and AI-enabled project delivery.
• Advanced project and programme management skills, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management and adoption.
• Experience coordinating senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and service teams.
• The ability to structure ambiguity, establish delivery discipline and maintain momentum across workstreams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and executive reporting skills.
• A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach and ownership of outcomes.
• Knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g. automation, information analysis, content creation).
• Experience working in an international, matrixed organisation.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination of the CEE Managed Services transformation programme.
• Work closely with Line of Service teams to execute the regional location strategy.
• Coordinate programme workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decisions and adoption activities.
• Proactively gather status updates and maintain programme plans, trackers and progress reporting.
• Identify risks and issues and provide recommendations to support decisions.
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates for sponsors and senior leadership.
• Coordinate transformation of the delivery model with technology, location and service leads.
• Drive action tracking and follow-through across teams and territories.
