Accenture is seeking a senior Finance Transformation leader to drive large-scale programs across global clients. You will define strategies, redesign operating models, and oversee end-to-end delivery with a focus on measurable value and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with CFOs, finance leaders, and cross-functional teams, leveraging ERP and AI-enabled approaches to optimize processes and drive growth. This role offers international exposure and a strong development path.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Finance Transformation, Shared Services or Global Business Services.
• Proven leadership of large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong finance process expertise across OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, Treasury.
• Ability to connect finance processes with data and technology; ERP vs. specialized platforms.
• Experience in executive-level client relationships and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Finance Transformation programs for global organizations.
• Drive end-to-end transformation across finance processes (OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A, Treasury).
• Advise on operating model redesign, automation, and AI adoption.
• Lead target operating model, governance, and service delivery for CFO transformations.
• Oversee engagements from assessment through value realization; drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with CFOs and GBS Leaders.
