Job summary

Lloyd's Register is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, global transformation programmes within the Group Programmes and Portfolio function. You will oversee multiple workstreams, manage senior stakeholders across regions, and ensure alignment with the organisation's vision for innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

This senior role requires strategic thinking, strong execution, and the ability to navigate a matrixed environment while delivering measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in project and programme management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders in a matrixed, international environment.
• Strong governance, risk management, and change delivery with commercial acumen.
