Societe Generale S.A. Warsaw Branch is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Transformation Project Office, driving strategic initiatives and transformation of the Global Support Function within Investment Banking.

You will coordinate projects across Global Operating Model, Operational Efficiency, and organizational transformation, reporting to sponsors on business or IT initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement, CSR

Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management experience in financial institutions or consulting firms.
Strong knowledge of the Investment Banking environment and its core business.
Experience leading projects and teams with Agile/Lean/Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to work in a task-force mode and adapt to challenging environments.
Excellent relationship-building, organizational skills, proactive and driven.
Fluency in English; Polish and French are assets.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate projects independently within the international project office community.
Align project objectives, manage stakeholders, and report to sponsors on business or IT initiatives.
Lead continuous improvement actions and foster knowledge sharing among project managers.
Collaborate on cross-cutting initiatives such as CSR and communication.
