Lloyd's Register in Gdansk, Poland, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex multi-year programmes across regions. You will steer governance, manage senior stakeholders, and mentor project managers to achieve strategic objectives.

The role demands deep governance, risk management, and change delivery expertise, with PMP/MSP/AgilePM certifications highly desirable and a track record in global initiatives.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in project and programme management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders in a matrixed, international environment.
• Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and change delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead High-Impact Programmes: Drive the successful delivery of complex, multi-year programmes that span geographies, business units, and strategic priorities.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure all projects and programmes are aligned with LR's corporate strategy, transformation roadmap, and business objectives.
• Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with senior leaders, including C-suite stakeholders, to ensure programme success and strategic buy-in.
• Governance & Assurance: Establish and maintain robust governance structures, reporting frameworks, and risk management practices across all programme activities.
• Mentor & Lead: Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture and building delivery capability across the function.
• Change Leadership: Partner with Change Managers to lead the people side of change, ensuring adoption, engagement, and long-term value realization.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of programme and portfolio management practices, tools, and standards across Lloyd's Register.
