Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional technology transformations from initiation to BAU. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage governance, risks, budgets, and delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have strong English, stakeholder management and experience in regulated environments, preferably financial services.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large IT or technology transformation projects.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives with multiple technology teams.
• Strong governance, risk, dependency management and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to BAU.
• Drive delivery across applications, infrastructure, architecture, operations, cyber security, risk, compliance and external vendor teams.
• Establish and maintain project governance aligned with standards and delivery frameworks.
• Manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials and resources.
• Coordinate remediation and resilience initiatives; improve service management.
• Facilitate decision-making and stakeholder alignment across tech and business teams.
• Provide high-quality reporting to senior management and governance forums.
• Translate regulatory and risk requirements into delivery plans and outcomes.
