Job summary

Aon in Krakow is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join the Benelux Transformation Office and help deliver complex, international transformation programs.

You will coordinate projects across mid-size and large programs, turning objectives into plans, and supporting business leaders to drive change with a delivery-focused mindset. The role is hybrid, based in Krakow with flexibility to work virtually and in the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in transformation, project or change roles.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in international or cross-border projects.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Delivery-focused mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support projects or workstreams within mid-size and larger transformation programs.
• Turn program objectives into clear plans, landmarks and deliverables.
• Support business leaders in taking ownership of change and outcomes.
• Coordinate execution across business teams and Global capacity.
• Prepare and present structured reporting, insights and recommendations.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting and reporting in line with standards.
• Contribute to managing dependencies, risks and issues with integration in mind.
• Help ensure a clear handover of project outcomes to business experts.
