Job summary

ISS A/S is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex cloud migration and infrastructure transformation programs across multiple countries. You will engage senior leaders, coordinate global teams, and ensure value realization, security, and operational readiness throughout the program lifecycle.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong communication, and a strategic mindset to connect technology initiatives with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 10+ years of project or program management delivering complex technology transformations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, or enterprise modernization programs.
• Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience building business cases, managing financials, and tracking benefits.
• Strong understanding of cloud transformation programs and enterprise infra environments.
• Background in cloud migration programs or data center exit initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP, servers, storage, virtualization, and ITSM readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud migration and infrastructure transformation programs across multiple countries.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Facilitate complex discussions and negotiations among business, technology, and operations.
• Develop and maintain business cases linking investments to benefits and value.
• Track and report on value realization, financials, risks, and outcomes throughout the program.
• Drive governance, transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resources.
• Coordinate global cross-functional delivery teams including infra engineers and vendors.
• Identify, manage, and resolve risks, escalations, blockers, and conflicts.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational readiness in migrations.
• Drive executive communications and reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Support organizational change and adoption for sustainable outcomes.
