Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. in Kraków is seeking a specialist to support customs operations for the Hitachi Energy group. The role focuses on coordinating import/export activities, ensuring trade compliance, and preparing documentation.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders, prepare SAP GTS instructions, and look for savings opportunities while developing customs and trade expertise in a fast-growing market.

Qualifications

• Experience min 2 years in customs/trade/logistic area.
• Knowledge of Customs Law and Regulations (HS codes, Incoterms, customs procedures: free trade, IPR, OPR etc.).
• Experience with SAP GTS is a plus.
• Language: English language at least B2 level.
• Nice to have SCM/logistics background and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customs operations (import and export) for Hitachi Energy group.
• Check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance.
• Prepare customs instruction in SAP GTS system for Customs Agencies according to internal regulations.
• Stay in touch with internal customers to receive and provide information on customs related matters.
• Seek savings opportunities.
