Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z O.O. Krakow, Poland, is seeking a Procurement Team Leader to drive procurement transactions, lead a cross-border team, and collaborate on digitalization initiatives. You will oversee workflows for international suppliers, ensure accurate POs, and support the CSS transition while coaching staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years in supply chain management or procurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accurate processing of procurement transactions.
• Oversee organization and work allocation for processing staff.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with Procurement Delivery Lead on goals, execution, and digitalization.
• Set and monitor team goals delivery with regular feedback.
• Provide coaching and training to the team.
• Support transition of P2P processes into CSS organization.
• Manage day-to-day activities with a portfolio of international suppliers, including PO creation and goods receipt tracking.
