Responsibilities

Onboard new partners from hardware and software perspectives.
Provide timely technical support and training via email, phone, web conference and in person.
Develop and manage relationships with resellers and clients for updates and requests.
Analyze problems to resolve product issues, with testing and troubleshooting.
Support sales as a technical expert for precision agriculture.
Develop and update training materials.
