Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan J-Recruit Sdn Bhd is seeking a Global Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition for Poland and跨-border teams. The role starts fully remote with a plan to transition to a hybrid office setup as arrangements finalize.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, source candidates via major channels, and support HR activities. Knowledge of Boolean search and a headhunter mindset are key requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of local recruitment experience (agency/headhunting or mid-to-large tech/internet background preferred).
• Strong headhunter mindset, with proficiency in Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for local and cross-border business teams — profiling, screening, interview assessment, and salary negotiation.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Wanted, and other major recruitment channels.
• Provide day-to-day HR support for the team, including employee communication, engagement, and culture building.
• Research salary trends and competitor movements in the tech/internet industry to inform strategic hiring recommendations.
• Liaise with third-party EOR providers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new hires.
