The role offers on-site onboarding with hybrid work from the office, 4–5 remote days per month, and a development path in IT recruitment. Fluency in English (B2/C1) is required.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in recruiting technical roles.
• Ability to conduct phone conversations with candidates.
• Understanding of backend vs frontend roles.
• English level at B2/C1.
• Interest in technology, people and new tools.
• Willingness to learn; students or recent graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Review CVs and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.
• Source technical specialists on LinkedIn and build a professional network.
• Create and publish job ads and support the careers page.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidate profiles and work in the Traffit ATS.
• Liaise with industry job boards and co-run the employee referral programme.
