Job summary

J-Recruit Recruitment Agency is seeking a Global Recruitment Specialist for Poland. The role starts fully remote and will transition to hybrid as office arrangements are finalized.

You will own end-to-end talent acquisition for local and cross-border teams, source candidates via major channels, and support the team with employee communications and culture initiatives. You'll monitor salary trends in tech and internet sectors to guide hiring decisions and coordinate onboarding with EOR providers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of local recruitment experience.
• Proficient in Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end talent acquisition for local and cross-border teams, including profiling, screening, interview assessment, and salary negotiation.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Wanted, and other major recruitment channels.
• Provide day-to-day HR support for the team, including employee communication, engagement, and culture building.
• Research salary trends and competitor movements in the tech/internet industry to inform strategic hiring recommendations.
• Liaise with third-party EOR providers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new hires.
