Job summary

IGT in Warsaw seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead complex studio hiring across creative and technical roles. You will advise studio and HR leadership, map talent, and deliver high-quality hires in a fast‑paced global environment.

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and shape talent strategy with market intelligence and data‑driven decisions to support growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with substantial experience independently managing complex, specialized, or senior-level searches.
• In-house or embedded recruiting experience supporting game development studios, gaming, interactive entertainment, or closely related creative technology environments; direct experience hiring both creative and technical game‑development talent is required.
• Strong working knowledge of game development disciplines, talent profiles, and studio hiring dynamics; credibility to partner with leaders across engineering, art, design, production, and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex and specialized studio roles across game development, including creative and technical disciplines.
• Partner with studio leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to translate roadmaps into recruiting strategies.
• Provide data-informed guidance on talent availability, compensation, location strategy, and market dynamics affecting studio hiring.
• Build proactive sourcing, talent-mapping, and pipelining strategies for niche talent through active and passive outreach.
• Manage intake, search strategy, screening, interview design, offers, and closing with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior candidates and represent IGT and its studios effectively.
