Job summary

AMS is seeking a Proactive Sourcing Specialist with English and German, French or Italian to build high-quality talent pipelines across international markets, focusing on engineering and technical recruitment.

You will work with AMS recruiters, Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers to attract top talent using research, Boolean search and proactive engagement, while driving hiring efficiency and market insights.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one of German, French or Italian.
• Proven proactive sourcing, headhunting and candidate attraction, including engineering roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms/tools and quick to learn new tech.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven approach and storytelling with data.
• Ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Apply strategic sourcing to support AMS recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Use research and talent mapping to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Partners to align on priorities and provide market insights.
• Build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, company sites and innovative tools.
• Improve candidate pipeline quality and hiring efficiency through proactive engagement.
• Assist with interview scheduling, job postings and other recruitment admin.
