Job summary

MAHLE in Wroclaw seeks a Talent Development leader to design, implement and manage global concepts and standards. You will lead performance, succession and competency initiatives and guide stakeholders across borders.

The role includes facilitation of global Talent Conferences and creation of enablement materials. You will steer KPIs, enhance dashboards, and ensure data-driven decisions while collaborating with HR Partners, CoEs and SSCs in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with HR focus.
• 5+ years of Talent Management experience in global organisations.
• Proven ability to design, implement and manage Talent Development processes.

Responsibilities

• Take over global responsibility for designing, implementing and managing Talent Development concepts, standards and processes.
• Be the subject matter expert in performance, succession and competency management questions.
• Provide global guidance for Performance & Succession Management Processes including dialogues and conferences.
• Prepare and facilitate global Talent Conferences.
• Consult international stakeholders (HR Business Partners, CoEs, SSCs) on process and system questions.
• Steer training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups.
• Create process descriptions, templates, reports and enablement material.
• Enhance KPI dashboards and analyze data for process steering and success tracking.
