Job summary

Avon is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple markets. You will support hiring managers and People teams to attract and hire great talent, managing the full lifecycle from briefing to offer and onboarding, in a fast‑paced global environment.

This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with potential extension. You will build diverse pipelines, partner with agencies, and ensure accurate data using Workday while promoting inclusive hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 1 year of end‑to‑end recruitment experience across multiple markets.
• Strong sourcing skills with a candidate‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with ATS systems, ideally Workday.
• Experience with GBS roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Collaborative, adaptable mindset with a focus on a great candidate experience.
• Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

• Contributing to recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Global Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will deliver end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple markets, supporting hiring managers and People teams to attract and hire great talent. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality, and inclusive experience for every candidate. Working in a fast‑paced, global environment, you’ll build strong partnerships, proactively source talent, and continuously look for ways to improve how we hire and engage candidates.

This is a 6‑month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, either in‑house or agency, ideally across multiple markets.
• Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, candidate‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with ATS systems, ideally Workday.
• Experience with GBS roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
• Understanding of or interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion within hiring.
