• 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, either in-house or agency, ideally across multiple markets.
• Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, candidate-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ATS systems, ideally Workday.
• Experience with GBS roles preferred.

What you'll be doing

As a Global Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets, supporting hiring managers and People teams to attract and hire great talent. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and inclusive experience for every candidate. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you'll build strong partnerships, proactively source talent, and continuously look for ways to improve how we hire and engage candidates. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.

What we’re looking for
