Job summary

Orbico Group is seeking a Group Supply Process Expert to design, standardize, and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain processes across the Group. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders from multiple markets and Group functions to translate business requirements into scalable process and system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support design, standardization, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes across the Group.
• Analyse existing processes across Group countries to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain group process standards, SOPs, process maps, and guidelines.
• Contribute to harmonization of supply chain operating models across Group countries.
• Ensure integration and clear interfaces between demand and supply planning, procurement, and logistics functions.
• Review warehouse processes including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and inventory controls.
• Review transport processes including planning, routing, and freight cost control.
• Define business requirements for ERP, WMS, and TMS, and collaborate on system design.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and work with IT and local teams during implementation.
• Support KPI definition, data collection, and monitoring for end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Track actions and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Participate in process assessments, workshops, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across Group countries.
