HRK S.A. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Director to lead transformation and development of an end-to-end Supply Chain in a complex manufacturing setting.

The role focuses on building integrated processes across procurement, production planning, inventory, warehousing, and material flow to ensure operational excellence and strong business performance. You will lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the supply chain organization, drive integration across functions, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Supply Chain functions in complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience integrating procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics into a cohesive operating model.
• History of inventory optimization and working capital reduction.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ERP/MRP systems and planning tools.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a best-in-class Supply Chain organization and operating model.
• Drive transformation and integration of procurement, planning, inventory, and warehouse processes.
• Improve material availability while optimizing inventory levels and working capital.
• Establish robust planning and procurement processes to support production and project delivery.
• Develop collaboration between Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, and Finance teams.
• Implement KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead organizational change and build high-performing teams.
