Job summary

OPI is seeking a proactive professional to support optimization projects for clients and to analyze manufacturing processes to develop practical solutions. The role involves developing and supervising work standards, contributing to new technology implementations, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

You will create clear work instructions and participate in continuous improvement activities, with opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education in a related field (production engineering, electronics, robotics, mechatronics).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, SMED, TPM, Kaizen) is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office and AutoCad.
• Knowledge of quality tools (Pareto, Ishikawa, 8D) is an advantage.
• English language enabling communication.

Responsibilities

• Participation in optimization projects for clients.
• Identifying and analyzing problems in the manufacturing process and developing solutions.
• Developing, implementing and supervising work standards.
• Participation in projects related to implementing new technologies.
• Ensuring timeliness of completed tasks.
• Creating work instructions.
