Job summary

Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional for an international Supply Planning & Coordination role within the EMEA region. The position focuses on translating demand forecasts into material plans, maintaining data in SAP and Power BI, and ensuring seamless logistics across borders.

You will collaborate with procurement, operations and finance teams, driving continuous improvement and optimising inventory and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, procurement, supply chain, logistics or materials management.
• Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management and procurement processes.
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate demand forecasts and S&OP plans into raw material supply plans.
• Monitor inventory, identify supply risks and ensure continuity of supply.
• Manage forecasting activities and coordinate with suppliers on volumes, availability and lead times.
• Support Category Managers with demand, inventory and market insights.
• Maintain planning data and reporting in SAP, Power BI and Excel.
• Coordinate international logistics and import/export activities where required.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams across EMEA.
• Support resolution of P2P, invoice and supply-related issues.
• Drive process standardisation, digitalisation and operational excellence initiatives.
