Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking a Supply Planning & Coordination professional to translate forecasts into material supply plans and monitor inventory across international operations. You will forecast, coordinate with suppliers, and support procurement insights while maintaining SAP/Power BI data and global logistics where needed.

Qualificações

• Experience in Supply Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or Materials Management.
• Background within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management and procurement processes.
• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Translate demand forecasts and S&OP plans into raw material supply plans.
• Monitor inventory, identify supply risks and ensure continuity of supply.
• Manage forecasting activities and coordinate with suppliers on volumes, availability and lead times.
• Support Category Managers with demand, inventory and market insights.
• Maintain planning data and reporting in SAP, Power BI and Excel.
• Coordinate international logistics and import/export activities where required.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams across EMEA.
• Support resolution of P2P, invoice and supply-related issues.
• Drive process standardisation, digitalisation and operational excellence initiatives.
