Job summary

BPX is seeking an experienced SCO/SCI Solution Architect to join the discovery phase of a strategic supply chain transformation for a global FMCG client. You will own the end-to-end supply chain architecture from order capture to final delivery, with focus on SAP SD/MM/EWM/TM integrations and multi-system consolidation.

You will lead workshops, assess gaps, and define target architecture and roadmap for OMS, TMS, SAP S/4HANA and 3PL integrations across multiple countries, with remote engagement

Qualifications

• Senior Solution Architect with SAP SCM and O2C experience.
• Broad understanding of order management, fulfilment, warehousing, transportation and 3PL processes.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions across SAP SD, MM, EWM/WM, TM or related logistics domains.
• Practical knowledge of integration between SAP ERP/S/4HANA and external OMS, TMS or WMS platforms.
• Experience working on large international transformation, rollout or consolidation programmes.
• Ability to assess complex landscapes and translate business needs into scalable target solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, fit-gap workshops and architecture discussions.
• Ability to identify cross-system dependencies, risks and critical design decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing existing supply chain processes and system landscapes.
• Designing the target end-to-end flow from order capture through fulfilment and delivery.
• Defining functional relationships between OMS, TMS, SAP ERP/S/ S4HANA, WMS solutions, carriers and 3PL partners.
• Ensuring consistency between business processes, system architecture and integration requirements.
• Assessing opportunities to standardize and consolidate processes across both organizations.
• Identifying functional gaps, dependencies, risks and key architectural decisions.
• Defining architecture principles and supporting the preparation of target operating scenarios.
• Leading or supporting discovery sessions and cross-functional architecture workshops.
• Evaluating solution options and preparing clear recommendations for business and technology stakeholders.
• Contributing to the programme roadmap, critical path and implementation approach.
• Working closely with the OMS/TMS Solution Architect, Integration Architect, SAP teams and business process owners.
