Job summary

MAHLE is seeking a SAP EWM Specialist to join our global SAP transformation efforts. You will analyze logistics needs, translate them into SAP EWM solutions, and drive activities across MAHLE’s international locations within the S/4HANA program.

Responsibilities include rollout support, process optimization, and collaboration with European teams to standardize solutions. Travel up to 30% is expected; ABAP basics are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP EWM, including system customization and project delivery.
• Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes in an international environment.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively in global teams.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging would be an advantage.

• Manage and drive SAP EWM activities within MAHLE’s global S/4HANA transformation program, supporting template deployments across international locations.
• Provide expert support during rollouts, resolving warehouse management issues and ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders.
• Evaluate and optimize warehouse and internal logistics processes, delivering SAP EWM consulting and continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to global deployment projects and collaborate with teams across Europe to ensure successful implementation of standardized solutions.

Join our global SAP transformation journey and help shape the future of warehouse management across MAHLE locations worldwide. In this role, you will play a key part in deploying and improving SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions as part of a major S/4HANA transformation program. You'll work closely with international teams, contribute to global process standardization, and help deliver efficient logistics solutions that support business growth.

Your Contribution

Analyze logistics and warehouse management requirements and translate them into SAP EWM solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and other SAP modules

Your Experience & Qualifications

Experience with SAP EWM, including system customization and project delivery

Understanding of warehouse and logistics processes in an international environment

Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively in global teams

Basic knowledge of ABAP and debugging would be an advantage

Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)
