Job summary

MAHLE in Wrocław is seeking an IT specialist to join the Global Enterprise-Finance team, focusing on SAP Treasury and Financial Supply Chain Management within the SAP S/4HANA environment. You will deliver end-to-end solutions based on MAHLE’s Global Template and support satellite treasury systems and integrations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SAP Finance implementations, 5+ years in cash management and related areas, hands-on S/4HANA and Fiori Apps, banking integrations, ABAP basics, and

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance or Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of SAP Finance, SAP Treasury & Financial Supply Chain Management implementation experience.
• 5+ years in Bank Account Management, Bank Communication, Bank Statement Monitor, Reconciliations, Cash Management/IHC, Netting, Loans, FX and Hedging.
• Hands-on S/4HANA experience including Fiori Apps.
• Experience with banking integration methods: SAP MBC, IDOC’s, H2H, Lockbox.
• DME Engine configuration and file formats: ISO2022, ACH, CGI, SWIFT MT101/MT940, BAI2.
• Basic ABAP, debug skills and simple programming for BAdI/user exits.
• Excellent English communication; international team work.
• Willing to travel up to 5% and relocation possible for candidates near Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Treasury and Financial Supply Chain deployment in a leading IT solution owner role.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions based on MAHLE’s Global Template processes.
• Support satellite treasury systems and integrations (Coupa, 360T, Infront, Finastra, SAP Multibank, EFiS).
• Assist with software version upgrades and related Treasury/FSCM projects.
• Provide consulting/support using MAHLE’s Global ITSM for incidents and requests.

Your role & responsibilities

• Working as an IT specialist within the MAHLE Global Enterprise-Finance Team.
• Supporting the MAHLE Global SAP (S/4HANA) deployment for SAP Treasury and Financial Supply Chain Management in a leading IT solution owner role.
• Delivering end-to-end solutions based on MAHLE’s Global Template processes.
• Support MAHLE’s satellite treasury systems and integrations; Coupa - 360T, Infront - market data, Finastra - banking, SAP Multibank-Connectivity and EFiS - SWIFT service bureau.
• Supporting software version upgrades and various other strategic / local projects related to Treasury and Financial Supply Chain Management.
• Providing consulting / support using MAHLE’s Global ITSM Solution to manage internal customer incidents and requests.
• University degree in Finance or Computer Science related field.
• Minimum3 years of implementation experience in SAP Finance, SAP Treasury & Financial Supply Chain Management. & Cash Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the following areas: Bank Account Management, Bank Communication Management, Bank Statement Monitor and Reconciliations, Cash Management / IHC, Netting, Loans Management, FX, and Hedging.
• Hands on experience with S/4HANA (including Fiori Apps).
• Experience of banking integration methods: SAP MBC, IDOC’s, H2H banking, Lockbox banking etc
• DME Engine configuration knowledge and experience in working with various payment and statement file formats: ISO2022, ACH, CGI, SWIFT MT101, MT940, BAI2, BBVA etc.
• Basic knowledge of ABAP (debug skills and simple programming for BAdI development / user exits).
• Ability to work in a multifaceted international environment, handling various types of tasks in project delivery and support.
• Demonstrate strong communication including both excellent written and spoken English language skills.
• Team player, highly organized, self-driven and task oriented.
• Flexibility with project related travel requirements – up to 5%
