Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant - Risk & Security - ServiceNow to design, implement, and optimize GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions for enterprise clients. You will translate requirements into scalable workflows and lead integrations across security and identity platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in GRC/IRM or Security Operations.
• Proven end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and CMDB.
• Experience with Risk Management, Compliance, Audit Management and Security Incident Response.
• Advanced development/configuration skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, IntegrationHub.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security, identity and vulnerability systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and current ServiceNow GRC/IRM or Security Operations certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Security Operations solutions.
• Configure capabilities like Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Incident Response.
• Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with security, identity, CMDB, vulnerability management, SIEM/SOAR.
• Collaborate with architects, security teams, and business leaders to maintain secure solutions.
• Support risk assessments, incident response processes, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Lead technical workshops and provide expertise on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Ensure quality through testing, governance, release management and documentation.
• Mentor team members and contribute to reusable assets and accelerators.
• Support customer-facing discovery, estimations, demonstrations and solution design.
