Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant for HRSD/GBS ServiceNow to join our global team. You will design, implement, and enhance HRSD capabilities across multinational organizations, improving employee experience and HR operations.

You will lead workshops, define scalable workflows, and ensure secure integrations with HR systems while delivering high-quality solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including 3+ years with HRSD.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services solutions.
• Configure HR Case, Knowledge Mgmt, Employee Center and Onboarding modules.
• Translate HR requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with HRIS, payroll and other enterprise apps.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and support pre-sales activities.
