Job summary

Sii Poland seeks a skilled ServiceNow Architect to design and standardize the platform across ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM and integrations. You will shape enterprise architecture, drive governance and security, and lead cross‑module solutions leveraging GenAI and automation.

The role requires 5+ years in ServiceNow, multiple certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS/CMA; CTA preferred), and strong English (B2). Hybrid work is available: Warsaw 3 days/week, outside Warsaw 1 day/week; located in Poland and

Qualifications

5+ years in the ServiceNow area (architecture / development / implementations).
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, CMA; CTA preferred) and experience in a regulated environment.
Experience in designing secure integrations and solutions for organizations with high compliance requirements.
Very good command of English – minimum B2 level.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model: Warsaw office 3 days a week; outside Warsaw 1 day a week.
Located in Poland and fluent in Polish.

Responsibilities

Define and develop the architecture of the ServiceNow platform in line with business strategy.
Design scalable solutions including ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM, and integrations.
Establish architectural standards, patterns, and documentation, and support delivery teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Platform Owner, Product Owner, Enterprise Architect) on governance and security.
Build a cohesive ITSM model and optimize processes through automation.
