Job summary

Siemens Energy in Poland seeks a Global Service Readiness & Transition Governance Lead to define and govern transition readiness for Payroll and T&A from a service owner perspective. You will ensure readiness gates prevent disruptions and errors, and you will escalate risks to governance forums.

You will coordinate with Service Owners, SSC, regions, vendors, HR Systems and Finance to validate evidence and drive go/no-go decisions, shaping future transformations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transition governance, service readiness, or shared services migrations.
• Experience in Payroll and Time & Attendance change delivery.
• Ability to build readiness criteria, checklists, logs and governance routines.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across regions, vendors and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Define readiness criteria, stage gates, cutover checkpoints and hypercare governance for Payroll and T&A.
• Coordinate readiness reviews with Service Owners, SSC, regions, vendors, HR Systems, Finance and Compliance.
• Validate processes, data, controls, and escalation paths before milestones and raise risks.
• Own readiness governance for future changes including country onboarding and acquisitions.
• Coordinate post go-live stabilization and handover to steady state governance.
• Provide structured readiness reporting for Payroll and T&A governance boards.
