Job summary

Siemens Energy in Wroclaw seeks a Global Service Readiness & Transition Governance Lead to shape and monitor payroll and T&A readiness. You will govern transition gates, resolve risks, and ensure clear ownership across the organization.

You will coordinate with Service Owners, SSC, regions and vendors to seal gaps and guide go/no-go decisions, enabling smooth transformations globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transition governance or related transformation environments.
• Experience with payroll/Time & Attendance changes and shared services.
• Ability to build readiness criteria, checklists and risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Define service readiness criteria, stage gates and cutover checkpoints.
• Coordinate readiness reviews with stakeholders and track risks and actions.
• Validate readiness across processes, data, systems and controls.
• Own governance for future changes and country onboarding.
• Coordinate post go-live stabilization and handover to steady-state governance.
• Provide structured readiness reporting for governance boards.
