Job summary

Deloitte Central Europe is seeking a Senior IT Application Specialist – HR Applications to advise on SAP HCM processes and guide the transition toward SAP SuccessFactors. You will translate business requirements into robust system solutions, develop clear documentation, and provide user support across HR applications.

You will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs while maintaining high standards of accuracy and usability.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR requirements into clear functional and system solutions and explain system behavior simply.
• Analyze existing HR processes and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as needed.
• Support testing, change implementation, and rollout activities.
• Contribute to the SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors transition as needed.

As a Senior IT Application Specialist – HR Applications , you’ll act as a trusted advisor and functional expert within our HR Applications Team. You’ll work across our HR application landscape, with a strong initial focus on SAP HCM .Your role will focus on understanding business needs, translating them into effective system solutions, creating clear documentation, providing user support, and guiding stakeholders toward the best process and system choices.You’ll also have an opportunity to contribute to an important transformation ahead of us: our journey from SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors . Previous SuccessFactors experience would therefore be a strong advantage.

• Background or practical experience with HR processes.
• Experience in internal IT support environments. ITIL certification would be an asset.
• Familiarity with reporting and data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI.
