Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in operative procurement or material planning.
• Strong experience in SAP procurement transactions.
• Analytical skills and process-oriented thinking.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Experience with global suppliers and international logistics.
• Ability to interpret demand forecasts and planning parameters.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Structured and detail-oriented working style.
• High sense of ownership and hands-on mentality.
• Relocation bonus for candidates who are based more than 100 km from Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational procurement activities, including purchase order creation, confirmations, ERP alerts, and delivery follow-up.
• Ensure timely material replenishment by managing demand, forecasts, safety stocks, and inventory parameters.
• Monitor and secure supplier performance related to lead times, quantities, and delivery reliability.
• Act as the main operational contact for suppliers, managing follow-ups, backlog reviews, escalations, and recovery actions.
• Maintain accurate procurement master data and analyze inventory coverage, reorder points, and slow-moving materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high product availability while avoiding excess stock.
