Job summary

MAHLE GmbH in Wrocław seeks a Senior Specialist Performance Management to design, implement and manage the global performance management framework. You will serve as the SME, guiding the yearly cycle, development dialogues, and executive-level processes, while supporting HR partners with system-related questions.

You will train, build templates and dashboards, and work with diverse international stakeholders. Strong HR analytics and proficiency in MS 365 and SAP SuccessFactors are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with focus on HR management.
• 5+ years in Talent Management in global organizations.
• Experience designing and managing Performance Management processes and tools.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage holistic Performance Management approach globally.
• Serve as subject matter expert on performance management questions.
• Provide global guidance for yearly Performance Management cycle incl. Performance & Development Dialogues, Calibration Conferences.
• Facilitate Performance Management processes for different employee groups including Executives.
• Guide and consult international stakeholders (Executives, HR Partners) on process and system-related questions.
• Lead training sessions and workshops for global target groups.
• Create presentation templates, reports and enablement materials.
• Enhance Performance KPI dashboards and analyze data for steering and success tracking.
