Qualifications

• Experience in HR digitalization, HR IT, or HR/IT project environments.
• Hands-on with UKG and SAP HCM; SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Ability to translate business needs into digital HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR digitalization initiatives across the European region.
• Act as the technical counterpart for operational HR teams.
• Support HR IT systems including requirements, testing, releases, and change requests.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, HR, Payroll, HR IT, and Global CoEs.
• Support rollout and adoption of new tools through training and documentation.
• Maintain ownership with a consultative, hands-on implementation approach.
