Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology
• Hands-on SAP Consultant experience
• Leadership experience managing teams and strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of finance systems and multi-currency environments
• Ability to influence senior leaders in an international setting

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance across international operations
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability and compliance
• Drive automation, digital innovation, and data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, sales, risk, and tech teams on end-to-end solutions
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives, system enhancements and adoption of new capabilities
• Build, mentor, and coordinate high-performing teams and external partners
