Sii Poland is seeking a Product Owner/Salesforce specialist to drive development of Salesforce-based products in an international setting. You will manage backlogs, align with business stakeholders, and shape the product roadmap while bridging business and technology teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in related roles, hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience, and strong English/Polish communication. Poland-based, on-site in Kraków with opportunity for growth within a multinational team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Product Owner/Product Manager/BA/Salesforce Consultant with business focus.
• Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Proven backlog management and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience facilitating workshops and defining business solutions.
• Bridge between business and tech teams; Agile knowledge.
• Excellent English and Polish in international environment; Poland-based.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Salesforce-based products, focusing on Service Cloud.
• Manage product backlog and set priorities with stakeholders.
• Co-create vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Analyze user needs and translate to requirements.
• Coordinate implementation of new features and support adoption.
