Job summary

Creatio, a global AI CRM and workflow platform, seeks a proactive Sales Sourcer based in Poland to identify high-potential AE and RSD candidates across international markets. You will leverage AI tools, conduct market research, and build scalable candidate pipelines.

You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs, engage passive talent, and refine sourcing strategies for roles spanning the US to Australia. Fluency in English is essential for daily collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing sales roles, especially Account Executives or Regional Sales Directors.
• At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience, international markets a plus.
• Strong interest in AI and demonstrated use of AI tools in sourcing or recruiting.
• Willingness to experiment with new tools, sourcing techniques, and automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Source Account Executives (AEs) and Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) across global markets.
• Build high-quality global pipelines through targeted research of markets and companies.
• Develop and adjust sourcing strategies for niche roles and evolving needs.
• Engage passive candidates with personalized outreach and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align with hiring needs.
